Trump’s Team Mocked After ‘Lying About Size of Million MAGA March’

Yesterday, thousands of people took the streets of Washington DC at the so-called MAGA March to protest the 2020 Presidential Election results.

Even Donald Trump was spotted driving by the protest, but while there was an undeniably large turnout, Trump’s team, and especially his Press Secretary, are being mocked online after apparently lying about just how many protesters turned out.

It’s been a strange week.

Seven days ago news emerged that Joe Biden was the projected winner of the US Election.

But it’s not been that simple…

Donald Trump prematurely announced election win.

Despite there being no indication as to who would take the crown, Donald Trump announced that he had won the election. This was a false statement on behalf of the president, who was condemned by the Biden campaign and several Republicans who referred to the claim as “outrageous.”

The highest voter turnout was announced.

This number has been the highest it’s ever been since 1990.

Donald Trump accused the Democrats of trying to “steal” the election.

“We are up BIG, but they are trying to STEAL the Election,” he writes. “We will never let them do it. Votes cannot be cast after the Polls are closed!”

Trump secured Florida, Ohio, and Iowa.

These victories put him on the right path to re-election, though Biden made things difficult for him as he secured Minnesota and Wisconsin.

Both campaigns announced that they were “on the right path.”

Things seemed too close to call for a while there.

Biden told his supporters to “keep the faith.”

While the early statistics favored Donald Trump, Joe Biden hit the stage in Delaware to thank all of his fans and supporters and to also remind them to “keep the faith.”

Trump told workers to “stop counting.”

According to CNN, this was an “attack” on democracy. White House reporter, Stephen Collinson, analyzed the remarks and concluded: “Trump’s remarks essentially amounted to a demand for the legally cast votes of American citizens not to be recorded in a historic act of disenfranchisement. And they brought closer the potential constitutional nightmare that many have feared since Trump started to tarnish an election that he apparently worried he could lose months ago.”

“The Squad” all won their re-election.

Democrats Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Ilhan Omar, Rashida Tlaib, and Ayanna Pressley all won re-election in their respective states.

Trump raised speculation on election credibility.

In a Twitter rant, the president claimed that things had taken a “strange” turn after he was leading last night when the early figures showed he was leading in almost all battleground and swing states, even though many journalists and political advisors have claimed that there is no evidence of voter fraud in any state.

Trump’s tweets were restricted on Twitter.

With the label “Some or all of the content shared in this Tweet is disputed and might be misleading about an election or other civic process,” the president’s tweets get restricted on the Twitter platform as he continues his rant online.

Joe Biden received more votes than any other presidential candidate in history.

The previous record was held by former president of the United States, Barack Obama, and has now been taken over by Joe Biden.

The Trump campaign announced that they will file for a recount in Wisconsin.

Bill Stepien, the campaign manager released this statement: “There have been reports of irregularities in several Wisconsin counties which raise serious doubts about the validity of the results. The President is well within the threshold to request a recount and we will immediately do so.”

There has still not been any evidence of voter fraud.

Trump filed a lawsuit in Pennsylvania.

The current president has filed several lawsuits, one now targeting Pennsylvania, a state that he was projected to win. He has also tweeted that he’s had a “big legal win” in the state, even though no evidence has yet been supplied to back it up.

Key Republicans turned on Trump.

During a hosted press conference, he was branded as disastrous by key political players.

Biden took the lead in Pennsylvania.

This meant he was highly likely to win the election overall – and residents had a unique way of celebrating …

Donald Trump then reacted to his loss on Twitter.

As shortly afterwards, it was announced that Biden had won the Presidential election.

Biden reacted to the news.

In a heartfelt statement and video posted on Twitter.

Vice president-elect Kamala Harris followed up with her own reaction.

Sharing a video showing her breaking the news to Biden that they had won, which quickly went viral.

Biden then held his first press conference…

In the first address to the nation from the new President-elect.

A beautiful firework display lit up the sky…

And it included a moving tribute to Joe’s late son, Beau.

And the world became prepared for the Presidential changeover in one hilarious way…

As Madam Tussaud’s changed the outfit on Donald Trump’s waxwork from his usual suit and tie to some more appropriate golfing attire.

Well it finally appears that Trump is beginning to accept the election result.

Speaking recently, he dropped some hints that he’s changing his tune.

He was speaking about the possibility of a second lockdown as a result of COVID-19 – Trump said he’s not certain who will be in charge.

More specifically he said:

Whatever happens in the future who knows… which administration will be… I guess time will tell but I can tell you this administration won’t go into lockdown.

Many people are pointing out that this quote is the first time Trump has seemed to suggest he may not be the next president.

Is he finally admitting defeat?

But many of Trump’s supporters are still not happy with the election.

And yesterday afternoon (November 14), thousands of his supporters took to Washington DC to protest the election.

Many journalists and protesters shared footage of the demonstration, with one journalist claiming it to be the ‘biggest Republican protest’ he’d ever seen in DC.

There’s a lot of people out there.

According to numerous news outlets, protesters gathered at 9am and marched from Freedom Plaza to the Supreme Court in protest of what they believe to be ‘fraudulent’ election results.

Even Donald Trump himself was spotted.

Trump was seen in a car being driven past protesters.

As the car moved past, Trump was seen smiling and waving at those demonstrating on the streets.

Initially things started out pretty peaceful, but tensions began to rise as counter protesters arrived at the scene.

Violence then began to occur.

With clashes between the two groups happening across DC.

One man was even stabbed.

The man in his twenties was stabbed in the back and rushed to hospital with serious injuries.

Taking to Twitter, Trump wrote:

ANTIFA SCUM ran for the hills today when they tried attacking the people at the Trump Rally, because those people aggressively fought back. Antifa waited until tonight, when 99% were gone, to attack innocent #MAGA People. DC Police, get going — do your job and don’t hold back!!!

Radical Left ANTIFA SCUM was easily rebuffed today by the big D.C. MAGA Rally crowd, only to return at night, after 99% of the crowd had left, to assault elderly people and families. Police got there, but late. Mayor is not doing her job!

But Trump’s team have come under fire.

Why? Well apparently they’ve been lying about just how many protesters actually turned out for the MAGA Million March.

Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany claimed that more than a million people showed up for the march – but countless people online are saying that it’s completely untrue.

Delusional. And REALLY bad at math

But if you want to see what a million looks like, I’ll show you, multiple times over

Barbie wasn’t around to see a real March while we walked blocks, shoulder to shoulder, pussy hats galore. Women’s March WAS THE MILLION March. Your little shindig was a church BBQ.

Well  then.
