Culinary event taking place for the benefit of the Animo Foundation – a non-profit organization that helps and saves the pets of families in need – the Grand PoutineFest will once again hold its famous poutine festival in a “drive-thru” version!
It is very close to the old Sears, in the parking lot of the Galeries d’Anjou, that a gourmet route will be established where you will find six of the famous foodtrucks du Grand FoodFest (organization responsible for the event), or those of Smoking BBQ, of Charlie’s Shack, from Canteen chez Henri, of Greg’s Dinner, of Smoking Dragon and you Hot mom.
Offering, in total, nearly twenty different combinations of poutines, combining fries, sauce, squick-squick cheese, ribs, pulled pork, bacon, sausage, general tao chicken, crispy tofu and more – also available in a vegan version – the Grand PoutineFest d’Anjou promises to please all tastes ! Otherwise, for the sweet tooth, the Cabane à chichi will also offer its famous churros, which are perfect as a snack or as a dessert, to complete your meal!
Plus, along the way, from the comfort of your car, you can enjoy entertainment and festivities, such as carefully selected music by DJ Kleancut (broadcast on Poutine FM) and street entertainer performances. .
